"Zebra Foal" is a giclee reproduction of an original watercolour painting by professional artist Brazen Edwards, using Epson Ultrachrome professional archival ink printed on Somerset Velvet, which has the look and feel of watercolour paper.

The Zebra's black and white stripes camouflage it against predators, who often can't identify individuals in a herd. However to other herd members the patterns are as unique as our fingerprints. Blending into a crowd without losing your individuality is one powerful aspect of Zebra symbolism. Not only do their stripes and abilities protect them from danger, they also represent the blending and balancing of opposites of yin and yang harmony which enables us to see a deeper truth.

Gallery wrapped canvases are also available in a variety of sizes (see the drop down menu) which are beautifully hand-crafted and stretched onto a 1.5" inch wrap mount/frame so they are ready to hang!

Canvas reproductions are professionally printed using archival ink for excellent durability. If you need your canvas print unstretched please just message me and I can adjust the price for you.

Important: The artwork is wrapped around the sides, but if you would like the sides to be either black or white, please message me in the notes to seller.
