Store Policies


Being a Fine Artist from the beautiful, sunny Okanagan Valley I typically use bold, bright colours... my favourite subjects are wildlife, florals, landscapes, seascapes, abstracts and more!

I'm thrilled when one of my pieces finds a special home to live in, but if you don't see something you like, I do custom artwork as well. I also provide gift certificates for that special someone or occasion in mind.

Deposits and payment plans are definitely an option to help you obtain one of my original pieces for your art collection. Please send me a convo and we can work out a payment schedule that suits your needs.

I enjoy the simplicity and safety of the secure server site PayPal but I also accept credit cards via shopify, so it’s very convenient.

For Canadian clients, I am also able to take email money transfers via internet banking. Just add Brazen Edwards as a payee and email the total to brazenart [at] gmail [dot] com.  If you have any difficulties I can happily help you through the process.

Orders will not be processed for shipment until payment has been received. Unpaid orders will be cancelled and re-listed after 3 days time, unless of course we have worked out a scheduled payment plan.



Please note prints and electronic cases are made to order and MAY take up to one week until shipped, depending on my inventory. In stock items will ship within 3-5 business days. Please let me know if you need your item sooner, and I will be happy to work with you.

Keep in mind, shipments between the United States and Canada can take up to 7-10 business days, and occasionally longer if your parcel gets stuck in customs, as the US has enacted higher security measures on international shipments. Unfortunately, I do not have any control over this.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.


Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact me within 30 days of receiving it with your reasons, and to arrange a return. Safe packaging and return postage are the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to the originality with my fine art, paintings MUST be returned insured, with a tracking number as I cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail.

Upon receipt of the items in their original condition, I will provide a full refund - less shipping charges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please be advised that each computer monitor is different and colours may vary. A photo can never do a piece of artwork justice, but I try my best to have it represented online as accurately as possible.
